Dai Min, right, president of the Center for America-China Partnership, along with Tang Lixin, chief economist for the Office of Financial Affairs of Jilin Province and Xie Jiaqi of the Financiers Association of Jilin Province, were in New Hampshire Thursday for a day of meetings to talk about initiatives and opportunities.
