Environmental Compliance Seminar 2/9

Global environmental compliance regulations, what you don’t know can have a very large negative impact on your company’s bottom line. If your product’s destination is to any of the countries or regions below, you need to understand what materials it cannot contain. EU RoHS Recast Directive 2011/65/EU European Union, which is comprised of 27 EU member states, has revised the Restriction of Hazardous Substances Directive, Directive 2011/65/EU, commonly referred to as EU RoHS. The seminar will identify the significant changes, their impact to selected functions and what needs to be done to achieve and maintain compliance.
EU REACH Update We will explore the current differing opinions in regards to the definition of an article and how it would impact manufacturers who export product to the EU. The list of Substances of Very High Concern continues to expand, could you disclose the SVHCs in your articles if asked?
China RoHS Update Where are we, phase 1 is in place, has phase 2 begun? This update will provide the answers. Vietnam RoHS, India RoHS/WEEE are these the same as China and EU RoHS? Attend and discover what you need to know.
About the Speaker:
Ken Stanvick has over 28 years of hands on experience in the High Tech Electronics Industry.
